What you do is call you nearest seal life resucue. Look up your local resure center number and give them a call if you live in Ireland then go to this wedsite and get there number from there.

Do NOT approach the seal wait until someone who is trained to do so does it, all you will do is injure yourself and the seal. keep watch until help comes but keep a safe distance.
